Will Delacey, EarthDance’s Production Manager, joined EarthDance in the summer of 2021. Originally from Little Rock, Arkansas, Will graduated with a degree in Horticulture from the University of Arkansas – Go Hogs! Over the years he’s worked in a variety of agricultural settings, including a hydroponic lettuce farm and a 25-acre orchard in Kansas City, where he grew apples, peaches, apricots, raspberries, blackberries, elderberries and more. Having seen firsthand the harmful effects of pesticides and herbicides, especially on bee populations, he’s excited to play an integral role on an organic farm and learn all about sustainable agriculture techniques.
