EarthDance is seeking a creative, self-motivated, dynamic individual with excellent communication and organizational skills and experience teaching, coaching, or mentoring youth to serve as our Farm to School Coordinator.
This individual will further our mission by engaging youth on the farm and throughout the Ferguson-Florissant School District community in discovery of organic farming, healthy eating, and ecology. The highly qualified candidate will possess experience working with youth from low-income and diverse communities, nutrition and cooking awareness, knowledge of organic farming or gardening, and passion for the good food movement.
EarthDance is seeking an AmeriCorps VISTA to support EarthDance’s marketing efforts and overall mission by assisting with a wide range of digital communications and design tasks. The Digital Communications and Design VISTA will play a key role in implementing EarthDance’s social media plan, take high quality pictures and videos of farm events and programs, and design both print and digital collateral. The Program Assistant VISTA will build capacity of the organization to further the mission by providing logistical support for EarthDance’s various educational and outreach initiatives, promote EarthDance offerings and seek partnerships with organizations that serve low-income community members and track the success of new program offerings.
