EarthDance is seeking an organized, self-motivated, and reliable individual with excellent communication and problem solving skills to be our new Program Assistant. The Program Assistant will support the organization by providing technical and logistical support for EarthDance’s various educational programs and outreach initiatives aimed at creating equity and food security for all, but especially the under-served local communities. Educational programs include EarthDance Spring Training, Summer Apprenticeship, service learning opportunities, and educational tours. EarthDance values the lived experiences of diverse individuals and is intentionally working to create a work culture upholding the values of justice, equity, diversity and inclusion; people of color and residents of the farm’s surrounding communities are encouraged to apply. This is a part-time position, approximately 10-16 hours per week.
EarthDance is seeking an AmeriCorps VISTA to support EarthDance’s marketing efforts and overall mission by assisting with a wide range of digital communications and design tasks. The Digital Communications and Design VISTA will play a key role in implementing EarthDance’s social media plan, take high quality pictures and videos of farm events and programs, and design both print and digital collateral.
