We did it before and we did it, AGAIN!

St. Louis in the National Ranks

On Tuesday, May 5, 2015, EarthDance joined 789 other organizations in the Greater St. Louis Metropolitan Area for the 2nd annual Give STL Day. For 24 hours, people from all over the St. Louis region and beyond donated online to their favorite organizations as part of the national Give Local America Campaign. Thanks to the outpouring of support for and from the St. Louis community, donors raised over $2 million for the participating organizations in the Greater St. Louis Region!

Nationally, St. Louis ranked 9th for most dollars raised and 5th for number of gifts donated (one spot up from last year) – thus continuing to prove that we care about our community and the organizations that bring us together.

The Results Are In!

Thanks to the 75 generous supporters of EarthDance, we raised over $5,875 to continue our mission to advance the good food movement and to make Ferguson a happier, healthier, more unified place to visit and enjoy. Your support enables us to grow food, farmers and community right here at home, and then propel the good food movement with greater momentum throughout St. Louis.

All in a Day’s Work

So what can we do in a day? If last Tuesday was any indication, then the answer is quite a lot. Mark your calendars for Give STL Day next year. We’ll do it again on May 3, 2016.
