EarthDance grows farmers by engaging individuals from all walks of life in sustainable agriculture. Whether you are an aspiring food entrepreneur or merely “agri-curious,” we believe that our food system needs YOU. Our educational programming enables young people, seniors, college students, corporate managers . . . (and maybe you?) to experience the wonder and reward of growing food. Help us harvest for a day, take a class on soil stewardship or prepare for garden success by enrolling in EarthDance’s new Spring Training program for gardeners.
EarthDance’s youth programs connect young people ages 5-21 to the natural world, healthy eating, and organic farming through farm-based job training, employment, and educational opportunities, including field trips for 800+ students annually.
Offered to individuals, schools, and organizations, tours demonstrate the value of sustainable agriculture on the health of our environment and bodies. Free tours are given May-October. EarthDance also hosts special events, including occasional farm dinners, yoga in the greenhouse, and more.
