EarthDance is delighted to offer the Dick McBride Community Pavilion for private rentals.
Amidst our lush and productive 14-acre organic farm, this community space provides a unique setting for your special event. The covered floor area of our open-air pavilion is 64 feet x 38 feet with ample electrical outlets located on columns of the archways.

Pavilion Rental Pricing
All General Rentals include:
Access to the full pavilion for the agreed upon time
On-site, off street parking area
Tables and chairs (based on group size)
Access to one ADA accessible portable toilet and handwash station
Water cooler for drinking water (no single-use water bottles, please)
Trash, recycling, compost receptacles
Use of string lights for enhanced ambiance
Use of large ceiling fans for keeping guests comfortable
EarthDance staff member on-site to answer questions and for general hospitality
*Please note: your rental time begins from the start time of your set-up (not the start time of your event), and ends once your clean up is complete.
Possible Add-ons could include:
Use of projection screen
Use of microphone and speaker
Custom farm tour, based on group size and age
Taste/sampling from the farm, based on what’s fresh!
