Sal Kemper brings decades of food industry experience and a deep commitment to organic agriculture to the EarthDance Board of Directors.
With a B.S. in Marketing and Master’s degree in International Business, she built a career in business development and food ingredient sales, excelling at establishing projects with partner customers and guiding them from concept through launch. She realized a long-held vision by joining Ciranda, Inc., a distributor of organic and non-GMO food ingredients, where her work aligned with her values of supporting human health and nutrition.
This passion extends to her personal life, where she maintains an organic home garden using compost and natural pest management. She has served on EarthDance’s Farmers Formal committee for the past two years, demonstrating her commitment to sustainable food education.
