Erica McLemore graduated from the University of Missouri (Mizzou) in 1999 before earning her MBA from Lindenwood University in 2007. Since 2001, she has been proud to work for Nestlé Purina, where she currently leads a team of six in the Order & Revenue Management (ORM) Department, and is responsible for large-scale data management and customer pricing. She is also an active member of the planning team for the Women in Leadership group at Purina.
Upon joining EarthDance, she successfully connected Purina with a volunteer initiative called PURINA CARES, which provides service activities throughout the greater St. Louis area and cities in Illinois. This initiative not only raised visibility for EarthDance but also allowed Purina employees to engage with this organization in Ferguson, MO.
Above all, her greatest joy comes from watching her daughter, Erynn McLemore, grow into the remarkable woman she is today: “Being her mom has taught me invaluable lessons that have shaped my personal and professional journey.”
