Roasted Butternut Squash Recipe

Here’s a simple recipe for roasted butternut squash:

Ingredients:

1 butternut squash

2 Tbs olive oil

Salt & pepper

Steps:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Cut butternut squash in half longways, and pierce with a fork throughout
  3. Place squash skin side down and brush on olive oil
  4. Roast for 40-45 minutes, until a butter knife can be inserted smoothly
  5. Let cool and enjoy!
