Happy #meatlessmonday ! This is an easy way to drink your greens for breakfast or a snack throughout your day.
Everyday Green Smoothie
Makes: 1 Serving
Time: 5 min.
1 C kale, spinach and/or parsley
1 C frozen pineapple
1 C almond milk
1/2 banana, sliced
1 T maple syrup or farm fresh honey
1 t ginger, minced
2 T flax
1 T lemon juice
1/2 C frozen berries, optional
Prep all ingredients and place in blender. Blend until smooth and enjoy.
