Give STL Day Returns

On Tuesday, May 3, 2016, Give STL Day returns! Once again EarthDance will join hundreds of organizations across the greater St. Louis metropolitan area for a community-wide, 24 hour giving event that motivates St. Louisans to help the nonprofits you care about most.

Why give on May 3rd? Along with Give Local America, the St. Louis Community Foundation is creating a charitable holiday to celebrate St. Louis’ spirit of generosity and support the work of nonprofits. Last year marked the 2nd annual Give STL Day in the St. Louis region. Partnering with Give Local America, the St. Louis Community Foundation organized the region-wide, 24-hour giving campaign to raise dollars and awareness for the nonprofits you love in the metro-region, raising over $2.1 million for 790 nonprofits. The St. Louis region ranked 9th nationally for most dollars raised and 5th for the number of gifts donated – proving once again that the people of the greater St. Louis area care about their community and the organizations that make it possible.

EarthDance is excited to once again participate in the movement that rocks the region! Last year, thanks to our supporters, we raised over $5,800 to sustainably grow food, farmers, and community. This year, our goal is to raise $10,000 towards the good food movement.

Imagine the impact we can have when the whole community comes together to give on May 3rd!  From midnight to midnight, you can support EarthDance and your other favorite nonprofits by donating online and mobilizing family and friends to show their support and generosity for their community.
