Crispy Carrot Fries ( A recipe! )

Oven Crisp Carrot Fries
Oven Crisp Carrot Fries are a great alternative to french fries, they are packed full of fiber, beta-carotenes, vitamin A, minerals, and anti-oxidants. These fries are very easy to prepare, and are baked instead of fried leaving no grease to clean up. This recipe is scalable based on what you have on hand, which is why you will not find any measurements. Sometimes it is better cooking to NOT be confined to specific quantities. Today, I had three carrots, so that is what I baked and it was just enough for a single serving. All of the seasonings are to taste.
