Tara Blanchard, Class of 2020. Tara completed the EarthDance Apprenticeship program in the tumultuous year of 2020! Her farm dream has been to create an urban herb farm, growing medicinal and culinary herbs and educating the community about the health benefits of our plants. Upon completion of the apprenticeship, Tara was brought onto our team to work with high school students, and served as EarthDance Youth Educator. Soon after, she took advantage of an opportunity to expand her St. Louis City growing space and now focuses on her farming business, Tara’s Herbs.
