Joia Walker, Class of 2022. As someone passionate about health and good food both, Joia wanted to learn how to grow it herself. After completing the apprenticeship, Joia was recruited to become EarthDance’s Farm to School Educator, marrying her interest and new skills in agriculture with her passion for the culinary arts. Joia leads the AgriCulinary Internship, guiding students into culinary and agriculture career paths. Joia is also a chef and runs her own catering business, Inheirited.
