Jo Phillips

Jo Phillips, Class of 2021. Jo says the apprenticeship program changed the way she values food as medicine, food as a connector of community and culture, food as a fortress amongst a changing climate. She is currently continuing her education through horticulture classes at STLCC and by getting her hands dirty every day (whether in the soil or in the kitchen–preferably, both). She is grateful to continue nurturing, and being nurtured by, the land at EarthDance as part of the farm team–her wisdom and love for cultivating and sharing good food grows every day.
