Erin Renee Roberts, Class of 2020. Erin is a natural healer and artist and chose to do the Apprenticeship program in 2020 as a way of weaving her various work and art forms together. She was awarded the Negroni Grant from Slow Food and has been growing fall greens for restaurants. She has been growing malabar spinach since completing the apprenticeship and is an active seed saver. Erin is currently working with a fellow graduate Mary Bolling to apply for farmer and rancher grants to acquire and maintain her own farmstead.
