Cassie Hage apprenticed with EarthDance in year 1 of the burgeoning program. It was a great way to plug into the St. Louis local food and gardening scene after returning home from college and transition to a professional career. After 8 years working as Program Director and then Executive Director at St. Louis Earth Day (now earthday365), Cassie serves as the Assistant Director at the Office of Sustainability at Washington University. Through it all, she decompresses and enriches her life with home-grown food and community gardening, and now sharing these with her child!
