Stress & Trauma Relief Workshop Series

This spring, leaders and organizers of One Ferguson, the Ferguson Human Rights Commission, and EarthDance agreed to co-sponsor two workshops open to the public with a specific focus on helping our community members find relief after the series of traumatic events that have occurred in our region.
In an effort to offer a chance to sample this trauma and stress relief training, we’re hosting an introductory session for the first 12 people to RSVP at EarthDance, 233 S Dade Ave, Ferguson, MO 63135, July 16th, from 6-8pm.
This two hour workshop, led by experienced facilitator Andrew Nunberg, will be a “hands on” program where we will be learning some of the breathing techniques we can use to relieve stress and trauma.
Join us at EarthDance Organic Farm School (233 South Dade Avenue) on Thursday, July 16th, 6pm to be a part of the healing.
Please RSVP here, or contact Program Specialist Dan Mueller at the EarthDance office (314-521-1006).
This event will serve as a precursor to our upcoming SKY Meditation Workshop. Learn more here.
