Youth Educator

EarthDance is seeking a creative, self-motivated, dynamic individual with excellent communication and organizational skills and experience teaching, coaching, or mentoring youth to serve as our Youth Educator. This individual will further our mission by engaging youth on the farm and in the community in discovery of organic farming, healthy eating, and ecology. The highly qualified candidate will possess experience working with youth from low-income and diverse communities, nutrition and

Program Manager

EarthDance is seeking a creative, self-motivated, dynamic individual with excellent communication and organizational skills and experience with non-profit management. This individual will further our mission by managing EarthDance’s Farm & Garden Apprenticeship, as detailed below; overseeing administration of EarthDance’s programs including the Farm & Garden Apprenticeship, Youth Exploring Agriculture & Health, Junior Farm Crew, Cultivate Together Volunteering, and partnership programming; providing inspirational leadership for staff and Americorps members; serving as liaison with the Corporation for National and Community Service and other AmeriCorps partnerships; and reporting to EarthDance funders about program outcomes. The highly qualified candidate will possess experience working in a nonprofit setting, supervising a team, and managing grant-funded projects. Knowledge of organic farming or gardening and passion for the good food movement are a plus. Intern Positions

EarthDance is teaming up with Saint Louis University to offer federal work-study-eligible SLU students the opportunity to earn $10/hr while volunteering at the farm! EarthDance is also accepting applications for unpaid internships from non-SLU students and other interested volunteers. We are currently seeking interns for the following positions:
