Donate EarthDance Produce to Needy Ferguson Residents
Give online, here:
With the delay in school openings preventing many Ferguson residents from working, and reductions in traffic to local businesses, many local residents are struggling to feed their families. The Food Pantry @ St. Stephen’s is distributing food to them, and we would like to make sure that that includes fresh, locally-grown produce from EarthDance. We already donate some produce to not only St. Stephen’s but also Operation Food Search’s Cooking Matters program. However, as our Organic Farm School relies on the sale of produce to help cover our operating costs, we are unable to donate all of it. Therefore, EarthDance is accepting donations that will specifically be used to cover the cost of donating additional produce to St. Stephen’s.
100% of your donation will be used for this purpose!
We will be budgeting this disbursement of produce out over the remainder of 2014, so that long after the media attention has left Ferguson, we will still be providing fresh healthy food to the neediest in our community. If you have your own garden or farm and would like to donate fresh produce, we encourage you to contribute as well! They are located at 33 North Clay Ave, Ferguson, MO 63135. If you have questions, contact Father Steve at email@example.com or call 314-753-7911.

Shop at the Ferguson Farmers Market:
Want to pick out and deliver the produce yourself? Stop by the EarthDance booth at the Ferguson Farmers Market, make a purchase for whatever amount you’d like, and then drop it off at St. Stephen’s Food Pantry, just a few blocks away from the Ferguson Farmers Market. A few market shoppers have done this recently, and we’re very grateful for this direct support! The market is open every Saturday from 8am-12pm and located in the heart of downtown Ferguson at: 20 South Florissant Road, Ferguson, MO 63135.
