Learn to Grow Food with the Farm & Garden Apprenticeship!

EarthDance’s Farm & Garden Apprenticeship is a part-time, hands-on learning experience

for people of all gardening and farming skill levels. This program prepares folks to start their
own projects from backyard gardens to small farms by covering a wide array of topics from
seed to market. Apprentices work and learn alongside experienced EarthDance farm educators \
for 8 hours a week and attend a weekly class. These classes are taught by EarthDance farm educators,
guest lecturers, and also include field trips to local urban and rural farms.

To Apply for the EarthDance Farm and Garden Apprenticeship Program:

Your full application is due at 12 pm on February 1st, 2018

The application has two parts:

Part I—Demographic information and short essay questions HERE.

Part II—Mail your part II materials to EarthDance, 233 S. Dade Avenue, Ferguson MO, 63135.  

EarthDance staff will contact you when we receive your full application. You will be notified about the status of your application by March 1st.  The 2017 apprenticeship orientation will take place in early April, and field work will begin mid-April.
