A Note from the Founder June 2017 by Molly Rockamann

What is getting in the way of people eating healthy food?
Sometimes it’s as simple (and as hard) as not having reliable transportation to buy it. One way we are trying to remove that barrier is by offering a FREE SHUTTLE from neighborhoods who live far from a full-service grocery store to the weekly FERGUSON FARMERS MARKET! That’s right, thanks to support from the Missouri Foundation for Health and in partnership with the City of Ferguson’s Parks and Recreation Department, we’ve organized for the Ferguson Jolly Trolley to make 5 STOPS along West Florissant Ave in Ferguson to bring folks to the market, and even to EarthDance for a free farm tour! This service starts THIS SATURDAY, June 17th! We’ve been canvassing and spreading the word in apartment complexes and the local business district, but we’d love YOUR HELP in spreading the word too!
EarthDance will be selling certified organic produce at the market and offering free tours every Saturday throughout the season! Additional pick up and drop off locations are also available.
Visit earthdancefarms.org for more info.
